Glen F. Houdersheldt  (12/10/1937 – 2/16/2007)

Glen F. Houdersheldt, of Sandy, Utah died February 16, 2007 of cancer. Born in Sioux City, Iowa to Glen and Olga Houdersheldt. He grew up in Wayne, NE and lived in Omaha, NE and Las Vegas, NV. A graduate of the University of South Dakota, he also received a Masters from Northern Arizona University. Glen was a teacher, coach, insurance agent and a passionate genealogist. He is survived by his wife, Pam of 42 years; daughter, Amy Robertson, and her husband, Joe, their children, Jessica, Courtney, Alyssa and Chase; daughter, Amber Anderson, and her husband, Morgan, and their children, Kendyl and Emmry; sister, Cher‚ Schroeder, and her husband, Paul; nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; cousins; and friends. Thank you to all those who supported Glen and his family during his illness. The family will receive visitors 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 21st, at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 3015 E. Creek Road (8000 S), with the funeral service immediately following at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at Murray City Cemetery. Cannon Mortuary, funeral directors.
